Cancellation Policy

 

Every client will receive a SMS reminder with the date and time of their consultation 24 hours beforehand.

 

If you have already paid for your session:

 

-       If you have given at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation of your appointment you will be refunded 50% of the session costs.

-       If you have given more than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation of your appointment you will be refunded in full.

-       If you fail to give notice or not show for your appointment you will not be refunded.

 

If you have not yet paid for your session:

 

-       If you have given at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation of your appointment you will be charged a 50% fee of the session costs.

-       If you have given more than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation of your appointment you will not be required to pay any fees.

-       If you fail to give notice or not show for your appointment you will be charged the full cost of the session.

 

If a cancellation fee is charged under this policy and you do not pay the fee promptly, we will be unable to continue providing you with the service. We also reserve the right to take any further reasonable action necessary to recover any unpaid fees and to bill you for any reasonable additional costs incurred in taking such action.

Appointments at this clinic are in high demand, therefore late cancellations impact both the counsellor and other clients who have been placed on a waiting list.
